Cafe Project
A cozy retreat where the aroma of coffee accompanies intimate moments; a warm stop blending comfort with aesthetics.
An interior project for a cafe in Çorlu. In a commercial space the measure of design is clear: how long a customer stays and how likely they are to return. So the work began not from aesthetics but from the business model.
The target seating capacity, average dwell time, service exit point and queue behaviour at peak times were established. The seating arrangement was built on that data, mixing table types to define areas suited both to a customer arriving alone and to a larger group.
Lighting was designed with separate scenarios for day and evening. The back bar and service line were resolved so staff take the shortest route. Surface materials were selected with heavy use and daily cleaning in mind.
