Önerler is one of the fastest-growing residential areas of Çorlu. Detached villa plots, houses with gardens and new commercial units sit side by side. It is a place where every plot sets its own rules: the distance to neighbours, the direction of the view, where the garden faces and the prevailing wind all make a project different from a standard floor plan.
In every house we design in Önerler we start by reading the land. The path of the sun through the day, the usable side of the garden, the distance between the entrance and the living area, and the shadow of neighbouring buildings drive the plan. The result takes its shape because it works on that plot, not because it is in fashion.
