Architecture & Interior Design in Istanbul
We have completed more than ten projects in Istanbul, most of them at a corporate scale: office floors, headquarters for insurance and food companies, a residential project, and educational buildings in Ataşehir — the main campus, the nursery and the course centre.
Working in Istanbul has its own difficulties. Floor area is expensive, so every square metre has to earn its place; building regulations and site rules constrain the design directly; production and installation schedules are affected by traffic. That is why on Istanbul projects we lock the detailing and the production plan early — every surprise that appears on site costs more here.
Educational buildings are a distinct field for us. On the main campus, the nursery, Sevinç Plus and the course centre we carried out for Sevinç Schools in Ataşehir, the decisive factors were classroom layout, the flow of shared areas, noise control and child-scaled material selection.

How we work
| 1. First meeting | We look at the plot or the space together, listen to your needs and set the budget frame. No fee is charged for this meeting. |
| 2. Concept | We produce the spatial layout, the material approach and 3D visuals. This is the stage where the design is discussed and revised. |
| 3. Construction drawings | Detail drawings, joinery and production files. Everything the contractor needs to build is defined here. |
| 4. Production and site | We supervise fabrication, coordinate the trades and check that the work matches the drawings. |
| 5. Handover | Final checks, the correction list and delivery of the space ready to use. |
