Not every job has to become a project. Sometimes what you need is an architectural opinion before you commit: is this plot right for you, is the project you hold buildable, does the change the contractor proposes make sense, is this renovation actually possible.
On consultancy work you set the scope. We can read the zoning status of a plot and explain what may be built, review a ready-made project you hold and set out its risks, or simply produce the construction drawings and detail files.
This service is most valuable at the moment when no money has yet been spent. An hour of review before buying a plot prevents most of the irreversible surprises that emerge later.
