Architecture & Interior Design in Izmir
Architecture in Izmir means working with the climate. Long hot summers, mild winters, and salt and humidity in coastal settlements affect every decision from material to facade detail. The design problems of an apartment in Alsancak and a stone house in Alaçatı are not alike.
In the city the issue is usually shade and ventilation: keeping interiors cool through the summer, striking a balance where direct sun is kept out without cutting the light. In coastal settlements the outdoor space matters as much as the indoor one; the terrace, the courtyard and the shaded area become the real living space of the house.
To be clear: we do not yet have a completed project in Izmir. We want to take on work in this region, and our way of working is not affected by distance — we ran ten Istanbul projects from our office in Çorlu. We set up the same arrangement for Izmir: the site visit schedule is defined in the contract from the start, and production tracking is planned around it.

How we work
| 1. First meeting | We look at the plot or the space together, listen to your needs and set the budget frame. No fee is charged for this meeting. |
| 2. Concept | We produce the spatial layout, the material approach and 3D visuals. This is the stage where the design is discussed and revised. |
| 3. Construction drawings | Detail drawings, joinery and production files. Everything the contractor needs to build is defined here. |
| 4. Production and site | We supervise fabrication, coordinate the trades and check that the work matches the drawings. |
| 5. Handover | Final checks, the correction list and delivery of the space ready to use. |
