3D Architectural Visualization & Rendering

Reading a plan is a profession. Most people cannot picture a space from a two-dimensional drawing — that is not a shortcoming, it is natural. The job of 3D visualisation is to make the design and the person making the decision speak the same language.

Rendering is not about producing a pretty picture. Used properly it is a checking tool: is the ceiling height enough, how much of the view does the window give, how does the chosen material look in that light, does the furniture fit the space. When these questions are answered before construction, the number of surprises on site drops sharply.

We place visualisation inside the design process, not at its end. Material studies and alternative arrangements are produced while decisions can still be made. That way a render is not a "sales image" but a rehearsal of what will actually be built.

Frequently asked questions

How close to reality is a render?

When materials and light are defined correctly, very close. But let us be clear on one point: a render is a forecast, not a promise. We produce images using the materials that will actually be used, so the gap between the image and the finished result is as small as possible.

Can I commission visualisation only?

Yes. If you already have a project we can model and visualise it. We need dimensioned drawings and material information; if these are missing we have to complete them first.

How many images do you deliver?

It depends on the scope; we agree the number of viewpoints and revision rounds in the contract. We usually produce enough views to support a decision and agree separately for extra angles if needed.
