How are design fees determined?
Design and construction fees depend on the floor area, scope, technical requirements, level of detail, location and the service model requested. A tailored quotation is prepared for each project.
Do you take on small-scale projects?
Yes. Projects of all scales are considered. In smaller homes, offices and commercial spaces the priorities are functional planning, storage solutions and efficient use of the area.
Do you supervise construction?
Yes. Depending on the agreed scope, production processes, material selection, fabrication coordination and site works are followed so that the design keeps its architectural integrity during construction.
