Turnkey Architectural Projects
Working turnkey means the party that draws the project and the party that builds it are the same. That has one practical consequence: when something goes wrong, nobody can point at somebody else.
The most common problem with separate appointments is this: the architect draws a detail, the builder says "that is not how it is done", the interpretation in between changes the project, and the result resembles neither the drawing nor the expectation. Turnkey closes that gap; the team that designed the project selects the fabricators, sets the production schedule and sequences the installation.
The process runs transparently: the scope is defined item by item in the contract, the budget proceeds on approved items, and if a change is requested the cost difference is stated in advance. A surprise invoice defeats the purpose of turnkey work.
