Yeşilköy Project
Your window opening to the blue of the Marmara; an exclusive life where the scent of the sea and serenity take the lead.
A project carried out in Yeşilköy, Istanbul. The starting point of the design was spatial efficiency: we measured how much of the existing area was genuinely used, which zones had become dead space and how much room circulation occupied.
After that measurement the plan was simplified. Redundant transition areas were absorbed into usable space and functions regrouped according to how closely they relate. The cheapest way to gain area is not to add floor space but to use what exists correctly.
Material selection prioritised durability under heavy use and ease of cleaning. Lighting was handled as a layered arrangement varying by work zone rather than a single general solution.
