Tatco Gıda Office Project
An office project for a company in the food sector in Istanbul, currently under construction. In corporate offices the first task of design is to get the relationships between departments right: which teams communicate frequently, which need quiet.
The executive floor, open work areas and meeting units were placed according to that diagram of relationships. Visitor flow was separated from staff flow, so the working order is not interrupted when guests arrive.
In material and colour selection the corporate identity was interpreted through texture, proportion and light rather than by carrying the logo colour onto a surface. During construction, fabrication is tracked in the workshop and on site against the drawings.
