Kasaba Projesi Önerler
A residential project under construction in Önerler, Çorlu. This is not a single building but a settlement read as a whole, so the first design question was how the buildings would face one another and the shared space.
The site plan aimed to give each home a private relationship with its own garden while preventing the shared area from becoming anyone's back yard. Setbacks, entrance orientations and window alignments were set according to that balance.
The architectural language seeks accord with the fabric of the area. The aim was not to create an island cut off from its surroundings but a whole that joins the developing structure of Önerler. Material and facade decisions follow from that approach.
