E.N.Ö Villa Projesi Önerler
A villa project currently under construction in Önerler. The design process began by reading the land: the slope, the path of the sun, the prevailing wind and the state of development on neighbouring plots. The massing was built on that data.
The building was brought close to one edge of the plot so that the widest and most usable part of the garden stays open, keeping the outdoor space as a single whole rather than fragmenting it. The entrance was arranged to form a transitional zone between the street and the living area.
A restrained material palette was chosen for the interior: natural texture, neutral colour and an approach built on how light behaves across surfaces. During construction, fabrication is being checked on site against the drawings.
