Dilman Towers Project
A new city icon with its modern silhouette reaching for the sky; a unique view experience that exudes prestige on every floor.
An office project in Istanbul. In tall buildings the floor plan repeats, so the task of the design was to make the same plan adaptable to different needs: allowing the ratio of enclosed rooms to open area to change, and placing meeting units close to the core.
Workspace planning was based on daylight. Enclosed volumes were gathered away from the facade, near the core, leaving the window line to shared areas. This allows more people to benefit from natural light within the same floor area.
The interior language was built to suit the corporate identity while remaining durable in time. A fashionable look in office interiors dates within a few years; what lasts is a language built on proportion and material quality.
